Early morning rays lighting up mountain tops. Again, my standard disclaimer of first timer attempt. Not quite as close to the way I wanted it, but not too shabby. I'm still working on this and will post the latest one soon.

Moonlit night in the forest
I have always been fascinated with full moon nights. There's a distinctly different existence that moonlight confers on any object it falls on. Be it inanimate or living. I've spent moonlit nights on beaches, forests and mountains and to me it's the most surreal experience. This painting is still a work in progress. And I also intended to be able to portray trees in the foreground but have been unable to do so. Should try some more and hopefully get better results.
The intended effect was a fog obscuring the forest in the foreground and a little misty reflection from the water body. Not very sure about how it comes across. Would love any opinion.
